  • Pre-orders: Dispatched by our third-party shipping partners within 1–2 weeks, depending on the country of origin.

Refunds & Exchanges

Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, so we have a strict refund and exchange policy. We only accept returns if:

  1. The item arrives damaged, or

  2. You received the wrong item.

If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Proof of Packaging

For transparency, all orders are filmed during packaging to verify the item’s condition and accuracy before shipping.

Non-Refundable Items
